What Makes Me Uniquely Different?
My experience investing in real estate with my husband via house renovations, short and mid-term rentals, and even land investing gives me a unique perspective. The love of people and real estate is what drives me to work hard for you. The experience of joining you in the search and purchase of your property gives me great joy and satisfaction when I see you fall in love with the house of your dreams.
I want you to make a wise and solid purchase. And, I’ll utilize my experience and insight to help you achieve your dreams and goals just as I have done for myself and my family. My buyer and seller clients' needs and interests always come before my own.
I hold a dwelling contractor license through the state of Wisconsin, which also gives me a unique perspective when searching for and selling a home. Because I want to give back and add even more value, I will joyfully purchase a home warranty for you in the purchase or sale of your home or investment property.
Each one of my buyer clients gets a unique painting of you and your family in front of your new home as a closing gift. When I’m not helping you buy or sell your home, you can find me with my family or friends on an outdoor adventure by the lake, camping, riding our bikes, or being active in my community. I also enjoy roller skating, fishing, and hunting. Oh, and I love coffee at any time of day.
